Postage & Delivery
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Trex-Electronic. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.
Delivery processing time
All orders are processed within 4-5 business days. Orders are not posted or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, postage may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Our preferred methods of postage are Australia Post, DHL or local independent couriers.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, in most cases postage has already been included into the total price.
For wholesale or bulk orders, we offer the opportunity to pickup or for you to schedule your own delivery of the goods. In relation to this, we also are satisfied with a split payment where half the total amount is paid at time of purchase, and the remaining prior to delivery or time of pickup.
All orders can be expected to be received within 5-7 days, though sometimes when our transit system is busy, it may be 7-10 days, which does not have any relation to the processing time which we can control.
Postage confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has posted containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Trex-Electronic is not liable for any products damaged or lost during postage. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not post outside of Australia.
